Holiday Market at Anderson’s Greenhouse

It’s time for the Two Harbors Farmers Market 2nd annual Holiday Market at Anderson’s Greenhouse on HWY 61 in Two Harbors! Our vendors will be set up from 9AM to 2PM on Saturday, November 21st. They’ll be selling holiday themed baked goods, handicrafts, ornaments, artistic prints, pottery, Christmas cookies, hand-spun yarn, knitted goods, deer antlers, root vegetables, herbal ointments, maple syrup, all sorts of apple products and more.

Coffee will be available and Erik Berry, the mandolin player from “Trampled by Turtles”, will be providing the music. This year’s featured presenter:
Lucie B. Amundsen is a writer and reluctant farmer. She and her husband co-own Locally Laid Egg Company, a partnership of mid-size farms providing pasture-raised eggs in Northern Minnesota and other localities.
A former contributing editor at Reader’s Digest Association, Lucie holds an MFA from Hamline University, which she uses to ghostwrite for a chicken.
Her forthcoming book, Locally Laid, is a narrative nonfiction about farm life and the stressed economics of Middle Agriculture. It is slated for release Spring 2016 from Penguin Books USA.

Starting on Saturday, June 21, you can find Two Harbors Farmers Market at Thomas Owens Park every Saturday from 9am until noon, through Saturday, September 20.

The Two Harbors Farmers Market is not only a great place to purchase local produce and goods, but it is a place to enjoy the day with family and friends.

This season, all sorts of wonderful things will be offered at the market! Things like granola, vanilla extract, and dog treats will be sold and who better to buy them from than your own community members?

Holiday Market Tomorrow

The Holiday Market is tomorrow at the Community Center! Hours are 9am-2pm. Mocha Moose will have coffee and hot apple cider to sip on while shopping. Christian Dalbec Photography will have prints for sale. New Song Farm will have jellies, baked goods, and squash. Two Harbors Community Radio will have 2013 Charter Supporter t-shirts available. Start your holiday shopping and support these local vendors and the many others that will have things for sale.

With the holiday season fast approaching the Two Harbors Farmers Market is proud to present the 2013 Holiday Market to the greater Two Harbors community. The Holiday Market will be held on November 16, 2013 at the Two Harbors Community Center in downtown Two Harbors.

The Market will feature over a dozen unique merchants from the local area that will be selling holiday decorations, hand-crafted gifts, baked goods, pottery and much more. Admission is free. The Holiday Market hours are from 9am to 2pm.
